please include:

2 itemized list and costs of parts replaced
3 time taken or put in on the job
that would make people feel more secure about the work that was done
the in invoice i received doesn't seem valid
not very professional for a $275 bogus invoice
provide a receipt immediately upon payment

You should be able to pay all invoices, late fees, with one transaction, if you are late, etc. Ken

Paying with a debit or credit card with little to no fees. Making the transaction instantly available to your company and instantly withdrawn from the bank account.

i would like to be able to pay on an account BEFORE receiving a bill
I would like to pay my bills when I have the money in hand. I do not like having to wait until I am sent a bill, to be able to pay on an account. Several times on payday Id try to go ahead and pay my Trash pick-up and if I do not owe an outstanding balance, I am not allowed to pay ahead of time. Very frustrating. Im not good at sitting on money until bill due day.

Make the sign-in link larger as it's easy to miss
The sign-in link on the payment page is too small and gets lost on the page - it's easy to miss. For people paying recurring invoices through Quickbooks Payments it is hard to see - particularly when paying via a mobile phone.
