In order to add a tip to the service, I have to edit the total amount of the invoice. I would like to have the option to indicate that the additional amount is specifically intended to be a tip.

More Descriptive Name for Downloaded Documents
Ensure downloaded documents have a descriptive name including the invoice number and whether it is a payment or an invoice, and a date and timestamp. I have to rename all the documents I download and that is a pain.

Option to 'email receipt' in addition to 'download' and 'print'
It would be extremely helpful to be able to "email receipt" in addition to the two available options to "download receipt" and "print receipt" so that the entire transaction is electronic, regardless of the device I happen to be using to make payment. I am not always using a device that I can download a document onto, and the option to print is rarely available to me now that I am working remotely.

Apply Sales Taxes After Discount on Invoice
Right now Sales Tax is applied on invoices before discounts. That seems illegal. We would like the Sales Tax applied after the customer is given a discount. Ca you at a minimum make it an option to apply a discount before Sales Tax?

Do not require a five digit US Zip Code for Credit cards
Make it possible to use my local credit card; even my US cards have a POSTAL code that you won't accept. If I hadn't used you before, there's no way I would have authorised an incoming ACH. Also, maybe allow Zelle or something modern

Quick View and Quick Print both invoice and receipt
It's additional steps to have to download and then view and print. This needs to be able to happen with one click for both view and print, and for both invoice and receipt.

Inconsistency creates lack of trust or doubts
If the Quickbooks provides a colored message with a check on top, confirming that the payment went through, providing info of type of payment used and authorization ID, how come when a pdf to be downloaded is requested the payment method comes out blank, and the authorization ID shows undefined? this does not look good, as the only thing being requested is for the confirmation be transferred to PDF, no change is requested.... Was the initial confirmation a Fake one?? How should I know??

Auto pay, or allow for more than due amount
This is the only account I am unable to set up Auto Pay for. Or at least allow paying more than is due. This is a reoccurring fee so it would be nice to pay a few months at a time.
