Edit shipping fields in custom invoice
Make it possible to customise the shipping info on invoices, to remove shipping date and ship via and just have shipping address

Having the name of the company that sent you the invoice in the space where the paying company name goes is very confusing.
In other words, when I selected the payment type (business checking), it had blank spaces for my first and last name (which shouldn’t even be there), and the space where my company name would go, had the invoicing companey’s name auto filled. It was very confusing

Please indicate level of security on the form before asking for credit card information, and provide a log-out button at the end of the process.

If one payment was missed, have the option of updating the payment account to include past payment rather than two separate invoices
I would like to be able to update the payment amount on the occasion that I have missed a payment so I can get up to date. As it stands now I have to make two separate payments

Include estimate and/or quote numbers on invoices
when sending out invoices to customers and/or vendors having the options to include the original quote/estimate numbers provides a great line of paper trail

Don't require a personal name of a person for an LLC. Sometimes the company name box doesn't even appear when selecting Business Checking!
When selecting Business Checking with Chrome browser the company name spaces don't always appear. When the business name box appears I cannot fit LLC at the end of my company's name. Then I cannot pay until I put my personal name in the box. For an LLC? Why? Seems foolish.

Put the Account Holder First Name and Last Name At Top
After I entered my bank account info, I confused the last line for asking for the person I was paying instead of my name. I suggest asking account holders name at the top instead of the bottom.

check number, Po number, or Job number field to help tracking and prevent fraud
including payment field allows tracking by payee, and in some cases would prevent fraud as payee could be acknowledging 'job number' on entry

Move the view and pay invpoice to the top of the email page or add a pay now button in a pdf style invoice. Bring in any past due owed balances into the new invoice being sent. This confuse my customer when they get new monthly invoice and only pay the amount owed for that month because they dont realize they are past due when they get they get emaqil from QB

if customer gets etemail confirming payment habeen paid and then later another biill with a late fee. thi
i get payment confirmation email. then days later get a new bill with late fee. this does not work. kindly figure out what is wrong with ur system. i would like the late fee deleted. thanks and i hope you get it all straightened out!

list all of the invoices sent to my email address on one page
I would like to be able to login to invoice portal and see all the invoices that have been sent to my email address, as it is now i am just clicking on links in my vendor's emails
