For FSA reimbursement, we need the invoice to show our child's name and the dates covered by the payment. Can we add those?

Convenience fee
Notice of the convenience fee should be disclosed upfront before payment is made. Very shady the way it’s currently handled now.

Not really AutoPay but being able to schedule payment
It would be nice to be able to schedule the payment once the invoice is received rather than just paying it on the spot.

Don’t charge for the service as a “convenience fee”.
Please don’t charge a “convenience fee” to pay with a card/online. It is not convenient to pay extra for the service. That should already be factored into the price of the monthly fee.

Provide ACH ID
Provide ACH ID for billing entity so that the ACH transaction can be pre-approved at the bank. This reduces the risk of getting it caught in banking fraud filters.

Email payment remittances to vendors
Please allow the functionality of being able to email a payment remittance to vendors when not using online billpay. This is available in the Australian version but not in the USA. This is a basic accounting function that I cannot fulfill with no viable workaround.

Have a confirm button before sending payment through
Whenever a person is done filling out their card information and they click done/submit, have a notification or screen pop up asking to confirm if it’s the correct amount before sending it through
