Select the date of payment
Allow people when paying to select the date they want the money withdrawn. We receive the email almost a month ahead of when the invoice is due and I often forget about it. If I could pay it at the time I get the notification, then select the date I want it paid, that would be most helpful.

Allow QuickBooks to work with Safari.
When you get an e-mail invoice in Safari, and you click link to pay - Here is the Big Idea - allow Safari to open link.

Your Error
Your Error msg when attempting to pay by credit card online is lame....it does not give any indication as to what the error is....and 'try again later' has no value. You should provide error info so that the problem can be addressed and corrected......try error codes!!! Frustrating and amateur software. My error experience was simply updating the expiration date on my credit card, but you provided no indication with your generic msg. 10 minutes wasted investigating this problem & correcting it. Not user-friendly.

Have Receipt Have Description of Work Done for the Customer
Have the receipt have the same information as the invoice. As property manager who pays my handyman through quickbooks, I have print both the receipt and invoice then tape the receipt to the invoice, then scan it to create PDF for the file. Huge time waster. If I could just save the receipt with all information (Work done) to a PDF, would be so much easier.

If there is a fee associated with taking a debit or credit card, clearly show such
I was given an invoice with 3 options to pay, debit, credit, or echeck. I quickly opted to use my bank credit card as it was most convenient to load the funds on it and then pay. Later I am informed there is a 3% fee for using Credit.... Had I known upfront I would have done this differently so as to avoid the almost $200 fee.

Ability to pay bi-weekly
It would be great to be able to pay bi-weekly according to my pay schedule. It just makes it a lot easier to have it this way is it works better when you have a strict budget!

Receipt is not displaying properly
The receipt is not showing up properly. I'm getting the text "undefined" for Invoice No., Payment Method, and Transaction ID. I need a copy of the receipt with this information on it so that I can make a qualified FSA claim. This info would be nice to have displayed on the receipt.

Invoice date should be date it is emailed or distributed, not same as due date
Received the invoice by email on 9/11/2019. Invoice itself shows Date 10/01/2019 and Due Date 10/01/2019. For accuracy, Date of Invoice should reflect the date the invoice was sent out.
