Invoice open all mo. Accept all forms of payment w/ability to split into more than one type per invoice. Ie. 500 check, 300 visa, 300 paypal
His ability to split payments into multiple forms would help a lot of people Not to mention just accepting more than a freaking check would be helpful. Having an invoice available all month in case someone needs to make partial payments every week would be helpful

Make sure invoice emails don't go to Spam
I've repeatedly told Gmail that these emails are not spam but they always go to spam and I have unpaid invoices.

Allow edit Ship to
Allow to edit the Ship to on template. We don't ship anything we perform services at different address for the same customer so we would like to have the Ship to changed to work performed.

The default payment option should be the existing account, if there is one. Just enter password to access.
Where a customer has an existing account, make that a default option and just have them enter their password to access saved account info. The option should be to sign out and sign in to a different account or to add another payment option, not to have to sign in to the existing account each time.

fix Intuit "signin" handling of email addresses
The "universal intuit sign-on" system is totally busted, so I can't sign into Quickbooks invoices. This is probably true for other customers. Here are some problems I have with it:
1) it won't accept my Mint login, even though it has a mint logo
2) it won't let me sign-up with my email address, because it's already in use
3) when I try to "forgot password" with my email address, I get an email with TEN accounts that are not mine. If I try to reset password on any of these accounts, it asks me security questions I don't have…4 votes -

Additional donation
I tried to add an additional $5 for a donation but it wasn’t an approved amount based on my invoice. It would be nice to add addition funds to lump a donation in with our normal payment.

Send "confirmation it's you" code via text.
When accessing payment portal from the email you send in gmail on mobile phone, there is no way to "keep same browser open" to go back to main email page, get code, and come back to enter. When you get back with code, you have to start all over with new code. In order to pay on mobile phone you have to use two different devices, which is inefficient and silly.

use a pin to log in to site on same device
very difficult to pay invoice, bc have to log in once a month, always forget password. Im signing in from same device, why not have 4 digit pin instead of that difficult sign in

want the billing address not to include the customer name. I use the company name as the name of a project and have it be a subset of the customer

Allow me to view all the invoices i have paid to one company so i don't have to print them all.
Allow me to view all the invoices i have paid to one company at any time or on an annual basis. I have probably paid this company 20 invoices this year, and would like to view them all, and print a one page summary, instead of printing each one individually. I would be willing to have to log in to do this.

Better printing options
You need a better option for printing, allow for the receipt to print to PDF.
