  7. Alway offer to select a pay date.

    Always offer to select a pay date.
    The invoice didn't have a payment date, the ability to schedule payment based on that date (or to schedule a 'reminder me later' functionality), or the option to pay fast for a discount, say. This is great for customers to manage cash flow.

  8. STOP popping up the invoice three times!!

    Every month you pop up a PDF invoice three times. Once when I arrive at the page, again when I log in, and AGAIN when I try to leave after paying the invoice. If I wanted the invoice I would PUSH THE BUTTON for one.

  9. The system currently forces a fee on me for using a credit card even if I use my bank account, this does not seem right.

    Stop charging fees for options I do not want, i.e. charging a credit card fee, when I use my bank account.

  10. Give your users an AUTOPAY! It's 2024. How many times do your customers need to beg for that?

    AUTOPAY! Do I need to explain what that means? Hire a UX designer if you don't have one yet. And if you do, then listen to them and give users what they are asking for.

  16. Pay all invoices at once, or choosing the ones we want to pay, instead of one by one.

    To make my work faster, the system should offer an option to pay all open invoices simultaneously.
    An even better option would be if we could have the option to click only the ones I want to pay for.
    Instead of having to pay each invoice at a time.

  17. Poor experience with AR.

    Envriocheck sent me a bill 5 months after the work was completed and then expected immediate payment. Because of the delay I needed time to reconcile this with the insurance company. Susana, Maria and Kori were not understanding of this and instead blamed my insurance company and threatened to send the bill to collections. I did reconcile the bill with my insurance company and make the payment, but in this particular case a little understanding from your AR team would have helped with the experience.

  18. Add an option under the Receipts heading to "Upload receipts from Google Drive".

    Our employees upload receipts, bills and invoices for items purchased to Google Drive.
    We want there to be an option under the Receipts heading, that would enable us to upload these receipts and bills to QuickBooks straight from Google Drive. In the same way that we can currently "Upload a Receipt from Computer"

  20. When poor communication is an opportunity to fix the problem

    It took a lot of trial and error, searching and frustration to see that the "attachment" is actually the "live" paper clip graphic at the top of the cover email my vendor sent to me.

    Also, the copy line that leads in to the above box is poor communication. Why do you choose to highlight this line in bold, e.g. "How can we imporove your experience paying invoices online?" and then limit the number of words allowed in the box below it? Three suggesions: 1) If the box is meant to be a subject line, then say so. 2) if…
