  1. I have been tyrying to find out why one of my payments was not paid and I have a transaction number. Need better communication.

    Better communication. I can not get an answer as to why I have a transaction number and the company I deal with says quickenbooks did not receive it.

  2. BIG PROBLEM-- I created an account but still can only see the invoice I look up. Nothing else open or that I have paid.

    I should be able to see open and paid invoices. Not just the one I am paying.

  3. My password was denied 4x, on the next try it was accepted. WHY?

    Each month has the same invoice # I have a business and all vendors have a different invoice # for each statement.
