  5. allow for invoices that show how much has been paid previously

    For school tuition there are multiple payments through the year. It would be much better if statements/invoices could show how many payments families have made in the past and what is now due.

  6. Not an idea, but I could not apply the $10 offer new customers. How do I get that $10 back?

    There was a $10off coupon for new customers. There was a code. When making my payment, there was no place to redeem this coupon.

    Please advise how I get that $10.00 coupon for first time customers back

  8. Don't have your staff call asking for payment when the work hasn't been completed!

    Communication needs to greatly improve between your staff regarding timelines and deadlines. Staff calling clients asking for payment need to check with construction staff to ensure the part of the job has actually been completed before calling the client to ask for payment.

  15. allow diceware format passwords

    a very long password consisting of five or six short, simple words, separated by spaces, is easier for the owner to remember, and much harder for a hacker to crack, than an 8-character password that follows your simple set of rules (upper- and lower-case letter, digit, punctuation), and so therefore should be allowed.
