  4. Collect all the "printing problems" items on this webpage into a single item

    There are HUNDREDS of complaints on this webpage about your non-functional printing system. Collect them all into a single item entitled "Printing Problems" so people can vote on it. It will quickly become your top item! I've been frustrated with this issue for over six months. Clearly you're not very interested in fixing bugs your application...

  8. Enable the entity BULK UPLOAD PAYMENTS THAT ARE CC/ACH ENABLED. OTHER WISE IT IS USELESS BECAUSE EACH TRANSACTION HAS TO BE MANUALLY ENABLED

    Allow the entity to upload a customer number and enable payments at the time of upload. The manual method you have DOES NOT WORK FOR NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS THAT HAVE 1,400 MEMBERS PAYING THEIR DUES.

  13. The "print receipt" is actually just blank pages. Perhaps having content which can be printed or saved to PDF would be a vast improvement.

    I realize this is just a small software bug which is clearly not a priority for you (considering the number of times this same problem shows up below), but it's actually quite important for people doing paper filing. It's money. It should matter.

  16. The shipping when you order online is too high. Does not coordinate with the order.
