   Simply change the invoice button to say "pay now" or "pay by card" under the view invoice button in the email

6. create multiple invoices at once (batch)

8. accept amazon pay

   Some places accept Amazon Pay, so one doesn't have to submit credit card info to a new company. It is very convenient and in my opinion safer than PayPal

9. ACH payment is confusing

   The invoicing company is auto filled in the check information area for ACH payment. It should not be. The account holder should be the company, not a first and last name when paying with a business check. With these issues, if I did not know the invoicing company well, I would have mailed a check and his payment would have been delayed unnecessarily.

11. Integrate paying an incoming QB invoice with QB desktop

    Unbelievable that your payment system does not integrate with your accounting software. Manually copying information from the invoice into QB desktop is a waste of time. Would rather write a check.

17. Printing the payment confirmation generates 2 pages of paper, and the 2nd page is blank.

    Eliminate the 2nd page (blank) that gets generated when you chose to print the payment confirmation.
