If you forget to sign in and click pay invoice, no saved payment info shows. Should sign in when hit 'Pay"
ReaLLy nice if when click through email to invoice then hit "Pay" it would prompt to sign in, otherwise if you've forgotten to sign in, you get to pay page with no saved payment method showing and you have to go back and sign in then click through again.

automatic credit card transactions
if i could reserve our spot for these shows then have the credit card used charged automatically the day of the dead line (14 days prior or whatever the show asks) would be nice so neither party forgets.

When the bill is being paid by more than one person, like between neighbors, the original invoice should be included for all parties
When the bill is being split between multiple parties, the original invoice should be included in the email billing that goes to all the parties, not just the amount that is owed by that individual party.

Receipt of Payment
When you click print receipt, all it shows is a checkmark that I paid. No details as to how much, date, last 4 digits of cc, etc.

Add the service date(s) to invoice. I am not sure if I am paying for mowing for the current month, last month or next month.

Provide easier access to statements showing both a paid balance, including the amount of payment made, date made, AND specific dates of service - an email showing all of this in one page would be great!

Format your receipt page correctly for printing.
The printout of a receipt took 2 pages when the data only covered about half of the first page. The second page was blank other than the date and page number so it is now a wasted sheet of paper. I see other people have reported the same problem.

I could not change my information once saved
PLEASE MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE SAVED NUMBERS, I HAD TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT AND BECAUSE IT HAS MY EMAIL SAVED IT WOULDN'T LET ME ALTER ANY INFORMATION. AND THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL AS A CUSTOMER. grrrrrrr HATE YOUR SYSTEM!

See all my invoices
Why can't I log into my account and see all of the invoices I've paid with the same vendor? What's the point of setting up an account if I can't do that? I can easily pay individual bills, but if I want an accounting for the year, then I have to contact the vendor (who's not at all tech-savvy) and HE has to send me individual invoices.
