Since the printable invoice is only coming up as a blank page, I'd like to get an invoice by e-mail.

Your site will not allow me to log in. I get sent a password recovery email, use it to create a new password, then try to log in.

Payment process needs to be more secure
OMG! Your payment process is very very insecure.

Clear breakdown
It is not obvious or noticeable where to view the PDF invoice. It would be nice to have the price breakdown clearly available and/or a more obvious button/link to view the invoice

Change the email show to the recipients of invoices etc to the company appropriate email instead of the intuit adress
The quickbooks@notification.intuit.com email address is a default email used by Intuit for sending notifications to your customers. However, if your customers will reply to the email, it will be sent to your company email. I'd like to encourage you to let our software engineers know this is something you'd like to see. Invoice receipts should be sent to emails for those paying from phones
Payment receipts should be sent to emails. Not all of us have computers and printers but have to pay online.

Reduce the verification frequency
Every time I log in to use my saved payment method I have to go to retrieve the verification code from my email. This frequency is a little overboard and it would be nice if I didn't have to flip between screens. Can there be a question I could answer or could the frequency of required verifications be reduced. Otherwise why bother setting up an account.I might as well just enter my payment information each time.

It wouldn't take my Amex card, I couldn't use Safari or Firefox. It finally went on Chrome. I have a Mac and Affinity is not compatible.
Please make your invoice compatible with Safari. No reason not to. You have lots of Mac users.

Don't offer to pay online if you are just going to hold the funds going out to my vendors! It doesn't build good relationships.
