Multiple Companies under one email login
Ability to save several company bank accounts with the same email account. I use one email for many different companies and would like to have one log in and the ability to choose which company's saved information to use when paying online

Send receipts closer to due date.
I would like to receive the receipt a day before the due date. It would prevent having to search through numerous emails to find the invoice to pay the rent.

Make additional payment from invoice receipt
I received a confirmation email after I paid my deposit. Later, I didn’t know where to go to make another payment. After calling the office, I was instructed to click on ‘View Invoice.’ That verbiage is misleading for those who simply need to make a payment. I would like to see a button that says ‘Make Payment’ or something else to that effect.

Web page should not freeze when logging in (Win 10, Chrome)
When I logged in using my TurboTax (quicken) account, it logged me in but froze Chrome/Win10. I killed the page since Chrome recognized it as non responsive, yet the system recognized me as logged in (save payment box was now checked). Then I had to enter my information again.

Fix the warning text on invoice
When I'm in the edit Invoice window, and I remove an item from the invoice, the text that shows up makes no sense as a user. Please consider changing it to something more clear, such as "Keep billable or make non-billable and hide it?" See attached.

cannot believe paying an invoice with QB is not integrated with my QBO company!!!
i have to come back to my inbox and track down QB invoices, and manually connect them to expenses in QBO.

Has someone figured out how to allow field technicians to create an invoice at the job and take payment with a credit card, with out giving them access to the inner workings of the AP and AR? We are currently using QB CC processing and am reluctant to transfer to square or another source if it will not resolve our security issue. All advice given from QB support after multiple phone calls has not been able to resolve. If you limit field tech access to QB, then they cannot take payment.
