Include Payment Invoice with actual document delivery
Include an invoice with the actual document when delivered. I have received two invoices for two separate pieces of work that were labeled late but I never received the first invoice. the current invoice is the only one I received.

Accept spaces in appearance of credit card number
Credit card numbers are formatted as four groups of four digits each as they appear on a card. Why should that same format not be accepted as input on a web site?

View all prior invoices in one list.

The default payment option should be the existing account, if there is one. Just enter password to access.
Where a customer has an existing account, make that a default option and just have them enter their password to access saved account info. The option should be to sign out and sign in to a different account or to add another payment option, not to have to sign in to the existing account each time.

streamline entering checking account info & creating a new account.
When I went to create an account in order to save my payment information, it deleted the payment information I had already entered and I had to enter it again.

Allow payments to be posted to your QB when paying invoices for other vendors. This would prevent need to manually input expenses
When I receive a QB invoice from a vendor, I usually sign in and pay since it has my information already saved. However, these payments don't allow you to classify or assign an account to register the expense. You have to manually go back into QB and log the expense.

Business accounts should accept both business name AND employee name
For accounting, both the business name AND employee name should be collected. The email should be sent to the business' email address of record AND the employee's business email account.

By making it instant, like Venmo was. No delay once I authorize funds from my bank. Not doing so throws off my books, and it isn't how most financial work is being done in today's world. I frankly don't understand why you would regress, unless there's benefit to you by stalling payments received, and that "benefit" does not benefit me as a customer.

After "print receipt" don't close it when I cancel printing, and want to save as pdf
It is irritating to hit "Print Receipt" and then "Cancel" on the print dialog and have the receipt image disappear from the browser. My intent was to save as PDF.
