  1. The shipping when you order online is too high. Does not coordinate with the order.

    Can not order online.. Shipping is costs are too high.
    Have to call and that is no the best way.

  3. Is there a way to see what if an invoice was paid. I may have made 3 total payments. How can you check payment activity.

  11. verify the account information before accepting payment so payments don't bounce from typos

    If you enter a typo and give incorrect acct. info, there is no way to verify until the bank receives it, rejects it, then QB charges the vendor a fee, then the vendor charges client a fee. This has created issues for several clients and a lot of unnecessary admin trying to fix the QB transactions and process and collect the invoices for fees associated with bounced checks.

  17. Send receipt to the second party who is making the payment

    The invoice may be directed to the club captain though this is not the person who will make the payment. Allow the receipt to be directed to that person who is presenting the credit card for the payment.
