invoice and receipt appear incomplete
I would expect the receipt to include more details about the provider - name, address, phone, email, professional designation/business name, just as I would receive from my dentist or other health practitioner. My name should also appear so it is clear who received the service.

Automatic ACH
Allow to set up automatic ACH so we can just hit the receive payment button like we do with Credit Cards. It has the option to store the bank account number but it will not pull the money.

Give the ability to split payments on more than one credit card
I have credit cards that require me to meet certain balance requirements, prepaid debit cards that I would like to use up, and some credit cards that don't have a high credit limit. I would like to be able to enter in an amount to pay the invoice off with more than one credit card. Please offer this flexibility in making payments.

no AP department in a company is going to pay out a receipt that doesn't have an item description, this is going to cause me headaches

have a place I can go to find all my invoices
From what I can see, I can only pay an invoice by finding it in my email and clicking on the link. I would like to log into QB account and find all my outstanding invoices from all vendors.

Charge the shipping with the order
I placed an order, and had to call for an amount for expedited shipping. I called, found the amount, agreed, but was only allowed to pay for the actual order. Then some time later, I was sent an email for the shipping charge... but I was working and did not check email. By the time I got it, I was paying all the extra money for high speed shipping, but the shipment was going out so late that it won't arrive until when it would have arrived if I hadn't paid extra.

The payment portal worked well - but payment terms should not be the same day that the invoice is issued - there should be payment terms
The invoice I received was issued on the 28th with a due dateof the 28th. There should be payment terms on the invoice rather than Pay the day of.

I never can remember my password so my saved payment method is not readily available. What a hassle!
Save payment method automatically without having to log into another account.

Remember info from the normal device that it is always paid on without entering anything and just submit payment.

On the bank transfer option show the financial institute after the routing # is entered so we can see that we entered the correct number
Most online bill pay shows you the financial institution after you enter the routing number so you can know if you entered the correct number.

Option to enter comments about the invoice during payment.
The Payee should have an option to enter comments regarding the payment or transaction.
