  2. Add a Purchase Order field so we can allocated a payment to a specific project

  15. need field for payment date

    this way we can enter it as soon as the invoice arrives instead of holding the invoice until the due date and maybe forgetting or not being in the office on the due date. Would be great to just set it up in advance for payment on the due date as soon as the invoice arrives.

  16. Specifcally indicate that the billing is for the month following the month of the due date.

    Your billing is confusing and amounts to fraud because it appears to be billing for the month of the 15th due date and not for the month following the month of the due date.
