You send a reciept for payment to my email. When that email is printed, it prints out on two sheets. Why not just one?
There cannot be any good reason it takes two sheets to print an email receipt. I like the big print, especially veiwing on my phone. Even then, there is enough wasted space to get it to print out on one sheet.

At times, we are not receiving the invoices by email . . . not sure what is happening
don't always receive emails . . . seems they are getting lost in the "cloud"

Allow selection of recommended browser to open
The program tried to initially open in IE, which didn't work. A friendly note with recommended browsers before that would be nice and then you open in your selected choice.

How about the account services actually works so I can log in. Or that I can use a debit card. Or the ability to scan a check or card.
I hate paying my bill this way! I’d rather buy stamps. It’s 2020! Apple Pay, PayPal, the ability to scan your check(!) why am I even saying check?? Debit card payment options please. I’m questioning using this business after their use of this payment system. Even the Girl Scouts at the grocery store use square pay.

Accept a 4 digit CVV before I enter my credit card number
I tried entering my 4 digit CVV before I entered my American Express credit card number, but it would only take 3 digits. After I entered my credit card number I was able to enter 4 digits.

Change in services fees
Back in the beginning of December we received a letter stating that the service fees were changing/increasing to $110.00. If this is the case could you please update your invoice to reflect the change. I can not change the payment amount due on the invoice. Thanks V/R Dean
