Correct accouting by posting all payments and submitt correct amount due.
Post monthly payments accurately so that balance due is correct. Also credit payments that Victor approved because service was not rendered.

Invoice Date
My invoice date was not the date the invoice was sent to me. I received the invoice seven days past the invoice date, which was also the listed due date. The date the invoice was sent to the payer should be documented somewhere. How can my payment be late if I didn't receive the invoice until after the due date?

Include estimate and/or quote numbers on invoices
when sending out invoices to customers and/or vendors having the options to include the original quote/estimate numbers provides a great line of paper trail

indicate login is for Intuit, not merchant
Initial login to this merchant's system was not easy because one would assume a new login was needed for this particular merchant.

Show purchaser's name on receipt.
I'll have a problem with accounting because my name does not appear on the receipt.

Correct inconsistencies between email invoice and actual invoice that generates on website.
There are often too many inconsistencies between amount of balance in email and if that within the website. Cash payments are not always recorded on intuit.

Web page should not freeze when logging in (Win 10, Chrome)
When I logged in using my TurboTax (quicken) account, it logged me in but froze Chrome/Win10. I killed the page since Chrome recognized it as non responsive, yet the system recognized me as logged in (save payment box was now checked). Then I had to enter my information again.
