Receipt is not displaying properly
The receipt is not showing up properly. I'm getting the text "undefined" for Invoice No., Payment Method, and Transaction ID. I need a copy of the receipt with this information on it so that I can make a qualified FSA claim. This info would be nice to have displayed on the receipt.

Offer discount for quarterly payment vs monthly payment.
Offer discounts and allow client to pay quarterly, or biannually versus every month.

More security information
Be more transparent and accessible with security information. Nowadays, spam is everywhere and I'm always hesitant to use a new form of payment. The whole process was smooth and seamless, it was great! But I still felt a little uncomfortable and almost didn't use the site. Providing more information about the company and its security would help feel more trust and comfort with using this service. Thanks!

Entry for whom the payment is being paid; paying for my grandson's tuition - different last name. Credited to right account?
Entries do not include for whom/what account payment is made. I am paying grandson's tuition. Will it be credited against his tuition? Or his parent's account?

please list the invoice number on the payment receipt
It's wonderful that we get a receipt, but it would be better if the invoice number being paid could be listed on the receipt.

Thank you for actually providing the name of the business and the account on the receipt. Not all receipts in the past have shown that.

Give an option to enter your own amount of what you want to pay.
Instead of just having the total invoice amount and only have the option to pay that amount, it would have been nice to have an area where I can enter my own amount. In this situation I wanted to pay more than my invoice as a tip, because the service that was done was exceptional.

Implement 'Quickbooks Routines' so we can automate tasks...offer this for Canadians.
QuickBooks Routines gives you the ability to automate repetitive tasks, set up custom alerts for when something important happens, and more. Routines allows you to enable powerful custom workflows through a simple "If this happens…" "then do that" framework.
Routines is available in the US version, but not in the Canadian.

Send invoices out proactively
Send invoices out proactively so that everyone doesn't have to individually email requesting a link. Statements were sent out late and by the time they were received, there was barely enough mail time without being accessed a penalty. I received my invoice on 1/4 (the next day was Sunday) and payment was due by 1/10.
