Identify what the bill is for on the actual bill. I know we get the pdf invoice. Xfr that info to bill.

I need to change the status of an invoice from paid to unpaid and I can't.
This is HIGHLY inconvenient and unprofessional since I have to send a new invoice to the client. Why can't we just change the status and send the original? It's important to maintain the tracking info, #s, and dates for accounting and legal. This is really not cool.

By allowing customers to make partial payments in QBSE
Allow customers to make partial payments. Sometimes we get a down payment on a job. I can send the customer a receipt. However as the job is in progress if the customer wants to pay a little at a time there is not an option to do that in QBSE

Online bill
I usually get the bill when it's already past due. Perhaps this isn't an issue for you. This bill due 8/16 but I didn't get it until today 8/24.

Receipt only shows invoice date due, not DATE PAID.
I am paying my invoice 25 days before it is due but the receipt is only showing the date the invoice is due, not the date I am paying it. Receipt could show both but at least date it is PAID.

Don't give the customer a receipt if the payment doesn't go through. I thought this was paid but apparently my bank rejected it.
allow other payment methods besides bank account. Don't give a receipt that says it was paid when it wasn't.

payment confirmation
Payment confirmation - once you enter all the information and click submit, there should be a pop up box enabling you to confirm the payment or edit or cancel. If you pay the incorrect amount then you have to go through the tedious process of having the charge reversed by the merchant...

Automatically upload receipts after paying through QB
When I'm logged in and pay an invoice to someone else using QB, why not automatically upload the invoice and payment receipt?

Put an actual transaction number on it instead of “UNDEFINED” and don’t leave the payment method blank!
This is not a very official looking receipt without a transaction number and with the payment method left blank!
