payment method is fine but i suggest you call at least two days before service instead of just showing up; sometimes this is a real problem
please call before service instead of just showing up; like this week leaves were on sides and back yard; i normally mulch them or rake and bag. as many were on lawn and as fast as technician spayed i,m sure we didn't get a good treatment. this is just one example we may plan to cut lawn--or have guest over ---children can't be on lawn etc. thank you, Errol i am going to check terms of service as it won't let me send even tho i don't see where to read them.

provide a reference on receipt on what items was paid
When I receive the receipt it only indicates an invoice # I need further detail. Section where payor is able to make a note for business records reference.

Prorate Storage Amounts
It is ridiculous that we are required to pay a full month's fee for 3 days of storage. You can improve your service by doing the right thing and not overcharging customers.

email receipt button after payment
Create an email receipt button rather than download. I don't want it but the accounts department do so why would I want to download it.

Use the correct amounts on your invoice - Invoice amount and website amount have discrepancies. The discrepancy is the tax amount on the invoice. I am only willing to pay the advertised website amount! If there is an issue with this, please contact me asap so I can cancel my reservation. Thank you.

Why isn't your site noted as secure? I had to go look up your safety rating before I paid my invoice.

"Download Invoice & Receipt" option after payment to have one combined file
I like that you can now download the receipt & invoice after paying for an invoice now! It would be even more helpful if there was an option to Download Invoice & Receipt into one file. Users could review the invoice within the website, pay for it, and then download both items they need into one convenient combined pdf file.

Add the ability to match split bank payments and/or deposits to a single sales receipt. For example a sales receipt of $6000.00 paid by to email transfers of $3000.00

When downloading the receipt it attaches the invoice also, for it all to b one file.
Either combine the two download invoice and download recipe or give an options to select what you want downloaded into one file to save.
