  2. Move pay now button to be visible in emails.

    The current manifestation of the email sent with an invoice has the pay now button off screen in the email. Allow modification of the template so that the button is visible when the customer receives it.

  3. attach signature to invoice by default

    Preferences setting to attach signature (by default) to emailed invoice. When an e-signature has been obtained, QB does not automatically attach it to the invoice when emailed. It must be manually attached for each invoice. A setting is need to attach collected e-signature to invoice by default, eliminating the need to edit each invoice as such.

  9. Can’t sign in when clicking on invoice

    I click on the emailed invoice and go to pay. After filling in my credit card info, I click “save for later payment” which signs me into my account. If only that was helpful— any future invoice emails I get don’t have the option to sign in first! What a useful step you had me do for nothing. Boo.

  10. Send email earlier than the first of the month; the second to the last and last day of the previous month would be nice.

    Send notification of payment due earlier than the first of the month; the last two days of the prior month would be convenient.

  13. Permitan pagar con tarjeta de debito o crédito.

    No me gusto nada que me pidieran mi numero de cuenta bancaria. La próxima vez esto no será permitido. Es un abuso.

    name activity billed IN THE Email as it is not seen in the billing pages. Not on my computer

  18. Add more characters or spaces for recipients email for sending invoices.

    There needs to be more space or allotment for recipients email address on the invoice section. At the moment, you can only email up to 3 people but some individual email addresses are long and need more space. This is GREATLY needed to satisfy customer expectations. Currently, this makes Quick Books seem outdated and not up to current web-page design standards.

  19. When invoicing please include the date of service. Required for checking for duplicate billing.

    Your most recent invoice include a list of the services provided with amounts but did not include dates of service. I had a prior invoice for a very similar list of services and amounts. I could not check to ensure I had not been billed twice for the same service.
