Allowing an option for date that the payment is actually paid to vendor
I prefer paying online; however, I want an option as to when the payment is sent to my vendor . This format does not allow for an option as most pay on line accounts offer. Thank you.

email paid PDF Invoices so we don't have to download receipts or Invoices
I shouldn't have to download any receipts or Invoices. This needs to be all PDF's & received as attachments

Don't link to the payment invoice through email.
The vendor sent my payment link as an email. I have a personal rule not to click through and follow links in email (no matter how legit they appear). Following a link in an email and then entering personal or financial information is unsafe. I did not like that this was the only way the vendor provided me with a payment option.
