  1. EMAIL INVOCE TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS WITH MY NAME ON IT

    Please email invoice as initially agreed, to my email address, and will
    appreciate more timely mailings. In past the invoice has been months
    late with wrong address, resulting in no gardening service.

  2. make online payments easier. This is annoying

    If I want to pay more than one invoice please allow it. It's way too many steps and time consuming.

  3. make dark square 'Review and Pay' on Email notice more noticeable as well as larger!

  11. Put invoice number on card payment page as well as patient name and send invoice directly to me who will pay the bills.

    Since i will be paying the bills for his treatments. Just send the invoice directly to me and show patients name as well on the payment page that requires my credit card info , but does not
    ask for my residence address. Perhaps the address is not
    required . Without the invoice number on the payment page, , I just wonder how you will connect my payment with the invoice.

  15. When invoicing please include the date of service. Required for checking for duplicate billing.

    Your most recent invoice include a list of the services provided with amounts but did not include dates of service. I had a prior invoice for a very similar list of services and amounts. I could not check to ensure I had not been billed twice for the same service.
