Customer Payment Plans on Invoices
Administration should be allowed a feature that allows for optional payment plans on an invoice balance. This feature should be a selection if turned on by the administrator so that the customer may opt to pay 2, 3, 4, payments to the invoice (whichever option the Admin allows for on the invoice). Of course, the invoice should be left open to be paid off at any time but it would be nice to have a feature that allows structure for a payment plan.
This feature should also allow due dates if the payment plan is opted.

Display how partial payments were paid and when details on invoice
Invoices should reflect to the customer details of their partial payments made towards the invoice were paid (method, date, etc.).
The current payments made is too small and easily lost to the customer reading the balance due.

Not everybody in the world is American
Not every customer in the world is American and that means that not every customer has a ZIP Code.
Lift the borders of your mentality and understand that business is global and people are working together all around the world.
That means that credit card payment pages should NOT have a requirement to MUST ENTER ZIP CODE.

Clear the A/R for Invoice when payment received in QuickBooks
When the invoice payment is received in QuickBooks, AUTOMATICALLY MATCH IT TO THE INVOICE SO THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE WILL CLEAR.

On the acknowledgement following a payment, show the date of the transaction.
On the acknowledgement screen following a payment (which says "You Paid $XX.XX"), show the date of the payment transaction. Only the due date is showing (keep that date too).

Let me see the invoice BEFORE I make my payment
I did not get to review the invoice until I had paid it. This is wrong. I need to know what I am paying for and the breakdown of costs before I pay for labor and materials.
