Better default file name when printing payment receipts
When you print your receipt, have the default name of the pdf file be NAME OF COMPANY + PAYMENT + DATE.
Ex: "ACME Toys - Payment - 1-22-2020.pdf"

Browser specific or agnostic
I attempted to pay using paypal and the Edge browser. When I finished paying I got a confirmation screen and an opportunity to view my receipt and invoice. The receipt has code displayed like it failed and the invoice is a blank screen. If there is a need to have a specific browser used please check for that at the beginning of the process. Now that the process is complete I am not sure how to get both the receipt and invoice.

Partial payments
I paid half of the invoice last month, I paid the balance today. The invoice should have had the partial balance posted and when the payment I made today clears, it should have produced a zero balance for the invoice.

Payment Practice Sucks
This is my first and last purchase with you. I cannot believe that you placed my company on the State delinquent list for a $36 balance with not even a warning phone call to me. I am not familiar with your billing practice. Usually the salesman picks up check or the company has a web site to pay. Your practice of listing me on the very first $36 order reeks of arrogance.

Allow for installments to show, with due dates
My invoice required 3 installments for a construction job. These milestone payments were due at different times. I would like the invoice to show the total project cost, but also the separate installment amounts and due dates.

Don't show past due balance when paying current invoice
Don't show the past due balance when viewing/paying the current invoice. One invoice should be for one set of charges. The outstanding invoices will show the outstanding balance.
