would never let me use my debit. Kept saying come back and try again changed it to say credit and it worked but was my same debit card...
The payment system kept saying come back later and try again every time I tried to pay with my debit. I finally got frustrated and told your system my debit card was a credit card and it worked.....please fix.

Nicknames for accounts instead of last 4 digits
I have four different bank accounts I pay out of and instead of me trying to remember the last four digits of what account is what nicknames would be easier.

Allow the title company - 3rd party - to pay from commission and avoid this step all together
Apparently 3rd parties used to be able to pay this? Would be nice to take away the necessity to keep up with these emails and see they're paid but just have it taken at close.

Auto Pay
There is a new concept floating around the internet called auto pay. Now, I know it sounds impossible but when an invoice is due the payment is made automatically without user intervention.
I realize this is probably a futile request but... we are the music makers and we are the dreamers of dreams...

Allow correction of mistakes by hitting the back button
I believe a person should be able to push the back arrow and correct a mistake. I saw my entered data for my credit card had the wrong zipcode, but I had already pushed ENTER. Now I don't know if the payment went through

View the name of the account holder
When you setup multiple bank accounts you can't see the name of the business, just the last 4 digits of the account. Would be nice to be able to see who the accounts listed belong to. I've got multiple bank accounts, so I'd like to have a field that allows a name, like "{business name} Operating" or "{business name} Payroll".

Complete invoice
Respond to my emails and texts requesting a complete invoice showing first payment and second payment. Second payment still states 50% down 50% upon completion. Provide a single receipt.

Allow last pass to fill in my credit card number and CVV code instead of making me manually enter it.
Alternately let me use PayPal to pay. In most cases I just don;t buy from a vendor that doesn't let last pass fill in my credit card details.

Your Error
Your Error msg when attempting to pay by credit card online is lame....it does not give any indication as to what the error is....and 'try again later' has no value. You should provide error info so that the problem can be addressed and corrected......try error codes!!! Frustrating and amateur software. My error experience was simply updating the expiration date on my credit card, but you provided no indication with your generic msg. 10 minutes wasted investigating this problem & correcting it. Not user-friendly.

Include a link to a downloadable W-9 for the payee
Let the payee upload a W-9 to Intuit, and allow payors to download it. This will save going back and forth on emails with the payee to obtain this item that is essential for IRS compliance on filing 1099-MISC at year end.

Allow payer to give tips
Allow payer to give a tip/bonus. The invoice comes in with the bill, but there is no way to give anything additional. This would also be nice if something was left off the bill - then you would have an option to add the additional money.

Customer needs ability to update personal information and email.
The wrong email is attached to a payment. The customer needs the ability to change/update personal information before submitting a payment and receipt being sent to wrong email address.
