Quickly move from payment of an invoice to the next invoice you need to pay.
when you get to the pop up that shows you have paid an invoice, have a button to click for "Next Invoice" Customer then can enter the next invoice # they want to pay without having to start from the beginning every time.

This is purely cosmetic but...
Please make your receipts normal size.
First - they print on the WHOLE page!! WHAT?!?
Second - it unnecessarily prints a second page. Why?!?I always have to choose Print Page 1, then I always adjust the size to 50%.
Sometimes it's just the little things.

Payment methodology
allow for multiple credit card payments on a single invoice. sometimes we have multiple projects on one invoice, and it would be nice to use one, two or three credit cards to pay off the invoice assigned to different design projects we are working one.

I NEVER GOT A BILL FOR A PHARMACEUTICAL I ABSOLUTELY NEED. PAID $40 FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND NOTHING CAME UNTIL THE SELLER SENT ME A LINK TO PAY.

Balance dues that include charges for using credit carrds
Invoices should not include fees for credit card payments in their total! I paid the total invoice with a personal check, not realizing the invoice included included charges if paid by credit card! I over paid by $10.50.

Invoices SHOULD SAY Partially Paid When PD IN FULL by ANY method
Invoices SHOULDN'T say PARTIALLY Paid when ANY FORM of payment was used ESPECIALLY when it shows that the customer PAID IN FULL.

Just a line to describe payment made.

It would be great to see all invoices due so you can pay more than one at a time
Hello,
When I log into my account, there are never any invoices. I can only pay them if I go back to. the email I received from the daycare and click pay invoice. Even then, I can only pay for one at a time. Sometimes there are multiples if I had to add extra hours or days. There is also no way to pay extra if I am anticipating additional charges rather than waiting for the next invoice.

The current method took only a few clicks and <15 seconds to complete, so I can't imagine how it could be any easier.

Customer Portal
All invoices sent via email should have a link embedded that when clicked will bring the customer to a page that shows their entire billing history. The customer should also have the ability to pay off their entire account balance on this page as opposed to just an invoice.

Our invoice was the incorrect amount, but it would not allow me to change the amount I wanted to pay.

Actually deduct the payment amount when paid instead of it being taken out of account on a dates after initial payment date.
Whenever I pay on an invoice, the amount isn’t actually deducted days later after date of payment. This kind of transaction is inconvenient. You get a receipt saying you paid a certain amount, it’s not taken out of your account the entire weekend, then you receive a message from your landlord saying the amount wasn’t paid.
