Set up recurring payments. I have been asked by multiple clients who are on a payment plan if this is possible. They would like to be able to set a payment to come out each month of the same amount on the same day of each month and there does not appear to be a method of making that happen for them.

Create an automated paying option please!!!!
I have a variable monthly bill for my church, and it would be really nice to be able to pay this automatically.

Edit / Delete Contractor Payments
I keyed a contractor payment in error ($900.00 over what it was suppose to be) and submitted for direct deposit. I immediately realized my mistake but after two hours on the phone with support, everyone concluded it couldn't be adjusted. Had I been running payroll and paying and employee I would have had the option to edit or delete the payment and adjust it up until a certain time. It's the same process? There should be a way to edit a miskey without calling the bank to stop a payment. Shame on QuickBooks. What if I had forgot the decimal…

Have an option for your cuatomer setup payment for a date in the future!
When we receive a new invoice for payment, we like to address it right away. To allow your customer to setup a payment in the near future would be great.

you need to have a payment option whereby i can predate my payment of irregular amounts at irregular times to this vendor

Copy paste of 2fa code from Google Authenticator (Android) requires me to also interact with the keyboard before I can tap the submit button
If I do a paste operation in the code field, the submit button should become enabled without a keyboard interaction

Seeing and Paying invoices strait though our quickbooks online portal.
Invoices only show up in my email, but they are nonexistant inside of quickbooks.
I'm not sure if I have it set up incorrectly, but I would love to be able to receive and pay invoices strait through quickbooks instead of having to go back and find the invoice email in my inbox.10 votes -

allow us to set a date for the payment to take place
Allow us to choose the date that the payment is made. Often the invoice comes before the due date. Let us pay on the due date!!

Be truthful in stating speed of payments
QuickBooks Payments routinely makes this statement to merchants, and the same message is thus conveyed to payers: "Funds will be deposited in your account in 2 - 5 business days." I have been using the QuickBooks invoice payment feature for more than a year and have received a statistically significant number of payments this way. It's nice to not have the hassle of mail and paper, I'll give you that. But it's just plain rubbish that QuickBooks ever turns things around in 2 business days. Calendar for Payment
Please give us an option to schedule a payment for a future date, not just on the date we sign on to the site. Need a calendar link to choose date.
