Splitting a payment between two different methods is not intuitive.
On the payment method screen, make the active button take the payer to a second screen where they can select the amount to pay using that method. It is confusing to have the only Pay button read for the full amount. Alternatively, present two live buttons - the current one, and a second one that says Pay a Different Amount, which then takes you to a place to select the amount.

Have a donation option for not for profits.
We run a not for profit and have opted to use an external site to collect donations. It would be much better if we could use QuickBooks to collect donations. The reconciliation feature is great when payments are made by ACH. We do avoid the credit card option because of the fees

Bill Pay Approval for by 1or 2 people to Approve and 1 or 2 people to Authorize Bill Payments
Our Accounting Policy requires 2 signatures before payments (1 person to approve and 1 person to authorize before any payments are made) Unfortunately QuickBooks Online does not have this feature.
Additional Approvals over $25K requires Board of Directors Approval for Nonprofits. I am trying to capture all approvals in Quickbooks to ensure a smoother financial audit.

Allow for the process date to be changed
Right now, I can see no way to change the date that a payment is submitted, and therefore, cannot schedule the payment in advance. Unless there's a way i'm not seeing?

Quick due dates when received invoice
Sending the invoice to clients within a week of doing the job will be good and having a longer payment due date from sending clients the invoice will be better. Thank you.

SEND INVOICE ON TIME EACH MONTH RATHER THAN WAIT AT THE END OF THE YEAR. RESPOND TO EMAILS, TURN AROUND TIME SHOULD BE NO MORE THAN 2 DAYS INTEAD OF NO RESPONSE AT ALL.
