Customer email/address on subcustomer invoice
When I bill a subcustomer (even with "bill with parent customer" marked), I have to manually enter the email and mailing address of the customer. This should autopopulate unless edited otherwise.

Do not clear fields when switching between debit and credit
Sometimes I forget to click credit first and when I do, it clears out the entry fields. So then i have to reenter the data. Alternatively, force the user to choose the payment method first, and then show the fields.

The screen displays the amount paid, who its paid to the payment mehod, auth ID due date, invoice amount and total. a screen shot of the info with the date paid is easier on a mobile phone than downloading the receipt or invoice.

recognize the early pay discount as payment in full and not as an outstanding balance.
I claimed the $20 early pay discount, but the balance still shows a $20 payment due.

Add a comment/notes field
Just add a place to send a note to the vendor with payment of an invoice.

The receipt needs to have a date on it!
Put a DATE on the receipt so I know when I paid it! This is really bad, guys. Makes this receipt almost useless.
Also, it would be nice to have the work description on the receipt, not just the invoice number.3 votes -
Apply Sales Taxes After Discount on Invoice
Right now Sales Tax is applied on invoices before discounts. That seems illegal. We would like the Sales Tax applied after the customer is given a discount. Ca you at a minimum make it an option to apply a discount before Sales Tax?

Relax credit card number field entry rules
Let me CORRECT my credit card number using my cursor to move, enter & delete, instead of appending new digits to the end of the field.

Under the autopay amount have a second option that says: "Pay another amount".
