Provide a space or area for the person paying to add a comment or response
Give the person paying a way to tell something to the person or company receiving the payment. In that area the payer could thank the receiver for their great service or apologize for paying late or anything else the payer would like to say to the person or company being paid.

Add a line for the PO number
It would make it easier to reconcile receipts etc. to have the PO number on the actual invoice.

Modify expiration field keyboard
When entering credit card info on iPhone, the keyboard that pops up for the credit card expiration field doesn’t allow to type a slash (/). So I have to go back to the name field, type the entire expiration with the slash, copy it, and then paste into the correct field. VERY ANNOYING! And it won’t allow switching to a different keyboard.

Font greys out on Paid invoice receipt- I need to visible to my customer. can I customize the receipt template?
Please remove the shading on the font as I highlighted in the picture attached. Also, is there any way I could customize the receipt template?

Fix app
Fix the app so it remembers my info. I had steady put in my checking account info and it wasn’t there.

Include a MEMO box for those of us paying "in advance".
ADD a MEMO BOX !!!!!
IE for Notes: Advance Payments "June-Dec 2019"This would help both the 'payee' & the 'payer'..... as an explanation of what we are doing when we overpay 'the balance'.
AND payee would then have that printed on our receipt as a reference!It's not all just about paying a bill, it's about 'records' of 'our payments'.

Fix your credit card entry form
Your HTML form used to be able to work with Chrome auto-fill. Not any more. I have to retype name and expiration date. Please fix this.

Default screen
Require selection of either debit card or credit card prior to entering information. The screen defaults to debit card and the user's first inclination is to fill in the blanks while not noticing the small debit/credit card tabs above. Then, nothing happens if CC info is put into the DC blanks--it should give some kind of error message. But, requiring a selection of card type first would eliminate this need.

It may be best if total line be left blank so customer can place amount
Leave amount line blank so customer can about said to avoid mistakes. in my case I paid the full amount when only half was required.
