Clearly state fees as debit cards with logos still have a fee instead of a bank transfer
The additional fee for using a debit card with a logo is the same fee as using a credit card which should not be the case. Debit cards regardless of having a log should not have a fee just a direct bank transfers do not. Bank transfers are not instant as opposed to debit cards which are, this makes the entire payment process slow inconvenient and forces you to track the payment as it posts to the account days latter.

It would be appreciated if it would remember the last payment method and default to that for each invoice.

Immediately withdraw payment when it’s posted.
As soon as the payment is made it should reflect immediately not take up to a week to actually be posted to your bill or account... the process to pay through QuickBooks is very extremely SLOW... if your going to name something “Quick” it should stand up to its name otherwise it’s pointless to go through y’all to pay online... Nothing is Quick about this method of paying online.

Could not reduce the invoice to $500.00 so I could pay in two chuncks--Did not make me happy.
Kevin-tried to do what we talked about. System doesn't work. Wound up paying full $1,000.00. This did not make me happy. Changed a lot of planning. It is done. I will make work. You need to understand your system better, that will allow you to explain to your clients better how to adjust the invoice for multiple payments.

reject incorrect bank or card number
reject immediately any incorrect bank account or card number. I have already had to pay an extra fee for a mistake.

BRILLIANT! EXCELLENT! BEYOND SIMPLE!
There is absolutely nothing you can do, IMHO to improve paying my invoice. This is a perfect system. If it ain's broke, don't fix it! :)

You can make it better by start taking cards or make it where you can save your information

Accept paypal or another method that we can pay without having our card in our hand to get the security number from. I can never remember it
Accept paypal or another method of payment that does not require you to have your payment card with you. I can never remember it and it's inconvenient to pay your bill on the fly.
