I am not a tech and I cannot fathom what your problem is but I am really tired of your program not working. I don't care what the issue is just fix it. Two auto payments went through and now this month September, it did not go through and my screen reverted to pay with a debit card and the need to enter the CVS number, really Intuit?1 vote -

Integrate portals for independent contractors
I've been with Quickbooks for almost 3 1/2 years now. I recently purchased Payroll but unfortunately they don't process ALL credit card methods. They only do Bank routing numbers or Debit Cards.
When paying out independent contractors, we use all credit cards plus debit & bank routing numbers through PayPal, Venmo & Zelle.
Quickbooks should get with it & create a system that allows Same-Day Instant Payment with ALL methods including credit.
Otherwise my independent contractors have to purchase their own QB's Online in order to get paid. Which is an added expense.

Automatically remove the credit card fee when someone selects to pay with bank information instead.
Price was sent to me assuming the use of a credit card and automatically adding the 4% processing fee. The price should send stating the cost and only when the payment method is chosen should it state the additional fee for use of credit card, or none at all when the choice is made to use the bank information. This system now thinks I have an outstanding balance for that amount of the credit card fee if I had chosen to pay with credit card, which I did not.

Allow ability to pay a certain day.
I pay all my bills the same day but set day for due date because my deposits are different times of the month. But this is the one that I have to wait to pay because it wont let me pick a future day.

When asking for a zip code on foreign credit/debit cards, it makes no sense to require 5 digits. Not every country has 5 digits like the US.
Please fix this issue. A lot of people have made note of this, yet your team hasn't addressed the issue.

Inform end user of merchant's pay method choices.
Currently if the merchant has disallowed credit cards the end user doesn't realize its their choice and not quickbooks.
How its not legally required to inform end users of their payment and the commission a service like quick book takes is crazy to me. Just be honest in business.
It is kind of shocking how many people don't realize or understand how credit card fees impact the cost of goods. If they did there might be pressure from credit card consumers to demand lower rates. If i'm paying through quickbooks, but just sending a check would save the actual business…

The tooltip for finding your routing number only shows how to find it on a check...who has checks??? It would be helpful if it said something like "this number is x digits long"

At the moment we can create a bill in different currencies.
However, when recording payments made, we can only use the home currency bank account or the bank account with the currency that matches the bill.However, there are cases when a home currency bill can be paid via a foreign currency account (due to a number of reasons). We cannot reflect this in QBO. Attached is a sample of the error I get when I try to process such a payment in QBO.
