Don't require first and last name for credit cards
I know multiple people with only one name. Your form seemed to require two names before submission. Wasn't a problem for me, but certainly would be for some.

extend account info
I have multiple accounts. It appears payment is taken from random accounts. I need to be able to specify exactly which account to access for payment.

Note the last 4 digits of previous payment method on new invoice.
Since your system does not allow for auto pay it would be helpful if you noted the last 4 digits of the payment method for the previous payment on the current invoice. I have a few bank accounts and several credit cards and don't always remember which account I used to pay previously.

If you make a mistake please allow people to go back and correct it!!!! instead of charging overdraft fees to everyone.
Please allow payees to go into their account and fix a mistake, if you put in the wrong number there is no way to correct it and then charge people overdraft fees on wrong accounts

I DO NOT like this software to save my checking account number!! Give me the choice about whether to save the numbers for future use.
Give me the option about whether to save my banking account numbers. Do not automatically save them. I prefer better security, or I will stop using the site.

Add european banking options
Add European banking options. Eg: dutch iDeal will only cost you about 25 cent per transaction and can't be chargebacked. Better for bothr
