Improving the invoice‑payments portal usability in QuickBooks Online
Hi everyone! I’ve been using QuickBooks Online’s Invoice Payments Portal and had a thought — it would be super helpful if there was a live progress bar showing when a customer opens an invoice, starts paying, and completes it. Something quick and visual so we can see what’s happening at a glance. What do you think?

Love this idea! Watching a payment go from opened to paid would be kind of like being in a casino — that thrill as you wait to see what happens next. You know, the reels spinning, the suspense building… Platforms like https://winwin-ng.com/ give the same rush. A live indicator on invoices would make the process more exciting and keep us hooked while waiting for the “win” — in this case, a completed payment!
