Get rid of the AI answering service
Your AI bot that tries to help you when you call in sucks. I have to call on behalf of my current company because you guys mess up our billing all the time and it makes me want to throw my phone at the wall. I will celebrate the day I no longer have to work with you guys. I am dizzy with rage after trying to deal with it. Double thumbs down.

Honestly, when I was struggling with complex invoice cash flows and trying to figure out receivable math last month, I gave up on their support entirely. It was such a relief to get instant, accurate results without dealing with a brainless AI script. Intuit really needs to bring back real human support for actual troubleshooting; modern tools are great, but forcing a broken bot on paying users is just painful.
