How can we improve your experience paying invoices online?

Make sure the phone number at the top of your invoice has a voice mailbox set up

I called the number at the top of your invoice, 740-610-7040 and got a message saying your voice mailbox has not been set up.......You may want to double check that the phone number is correct. If so, I suggest setting up your voice mail.
