Accepting credit cards on invoice.
The payment method type is decided by the merchant. We can’t present payment method that has not been allowed for the invoice.

break down the amounts you request to be paid. don't show a partial payment due when it is a voluntary amount you are asking for.

ditto Anonymous: I agree with the others that I do not like to put my bank info on line. If do not accept credit cards, merchant should send invoice to me so I can have the bank pay through online services into their business accounts. Also people have reward cards that kick back a percentage of the bill if we use the credit card. Also have less of a hassle if credit card info stolen instead of banking information being stolen.

We would have preferred the option of using a credit card

Same as others below, I'm not comfortable providing my bank account information, and would much rather have the option to pay with a debit or credit card for my protection.

Bank transfer and the use of checks to pay the invoice is so inconvenient. Our company uses credit cards and debit cards and if I were this company I would change sources of payment. There is no reason to stay with a service that doesn't allow credit or debit cards, and then to be charged for using them is not a good way of doing business. It delayed our ability to pay the invoice. Not satisfied with this payment method.

I would also recommend accepting Apple Pay as well as Pay Pal.

I have two issues with your payment method.
1. You don't accept credit cards. I pay all my other bills via credit card, which makes it much easier for me to analyze my finances.
2. You require payment within three days. The balance in my bank account fluctuates significantly during the course of a month. At any given moment, my balance may be insufficient to pay your invoice. -

This should be given higher priority than other items since this is a bug in your system. If we cannot do debit or credit because the merchant turned off that feature, then it should not be displayed on the screen.

Encourage the merchant to allow customers to use credit debit cards

I don't like having to put my bank info on line and agree with other comments that QuickBooks should make the merchant accept credit cards. If not, then the merchant should mail me a bill and I will send them a check to take to the bank to get their funds.
