Email address, printing the receipt and saving the receipt all 3 options should be allowed

I paid and tried to print from my ipad

when I print the receipt, it would be nice if there was some content on the page beyond the date and the page number.

Make it so this can be downloaded or send details via text message. Allow landlords to mail receipts.

When a user clicks on the Print Receipt option generate a pdf version of the receipt. This will provide a more consistent result for customers requiring a printed copy. Printing from an html pages does not provide for a consistent result depending on browser and choice of OS.
Also, print the invoice the customer is paying, not just the receipt.

Twice now, once last March, again today 4 months later. I'm not sure it's worth posting this. Somebody's not paying attention!

Have an option to email PDF receipt or allow IOS to save PDF receipt rather than only the print option. I have no printers, this is the 21st century!

Sending the link for payment the same day it is requested. Also, having on the receipt the exact dates you paid for.

Both options is a good idea. Print as well as receive confirmation in the email.

Both options should be available.

after i paid a bill through you, and the receipt popped up, I clicked the "print receipt" button, but it only printed the left half of page so none of the info was printed.

sorry - just got my email receipt. Maybe just have it so the confirmation message indicates a receipt will be emailed. I still vote for autopay options and for the child(ren)'s name(s) and charge purpose to print on the receipt for ease of filing FSA claims. Thanks for including this suggestion box!!!!

The receipt/invoice prints black, can't get record of payment. Won't use this service again.

There needs to be a place to enter my business tax ID # on statements and receipts which customers use for tax purposes.
I find it hard to believe that Quickbooks does not already have this when you are advertising to me that you have 2.2 million business customers!
I have been trying to do this for 7 years!

Instead of printing the invoice, then printing the receipt, on invoice, after payment, when the "PAID" STAMP appears, list payment information, date, etc. below. That way only one sheet of paper is printed with all invoice and payment information.
