I'd like to be able to save the payment receipt as a .pdf document without having to print/scan. I can save the invoice just fine, but not the payment receipt.

Clicking on "Print receipt" leads to a blank page. My workaround is to hit "Alt" + "PrtSc" on the payment confirmation page, and paste into a word processing document.
But of course, the "Print receipt" ought to actually show a receipt. It looks like this has been an issue for more than a year and a half. When are you going to address this, Intuit? Thank you.

Printable receipt should include toggle on/off of the details of what you are paying for, not just who you made payment to.

I hate this system- I should not have to spend the better part of an hour trying to get an e-receipt.

The receipts (when not blank) should state who the payment is to and what it was for. Are we all just supposed to remember? Right now I am going to print the receipt, and the original invoice and staple them together.

after I make payment and click on the option to print my receipt I just get a blank page. Every month is the same issue.

Batch function for printing invoices should be the same as printing AP Checks. You can enter multiple checks and then just click "print checks". Why is that not the same for invoices/pledges? It is quirky to filter customers and invoices to do this. It should be the same one step process.

When I hit print receipt, the only thing that shows up on the preview screen is the date in the top left corner, and another number in the lower right corner.

in chrome you can print the page and simply select change printer and change it to save as pdf. Microsoft Edge will let you do the same. Download cutepdf and you can use it to create pdfs from anything you print for free

You can save any PDF to your computer by using any Microsoft printer that isn't hooked up to your computer.

Blocks are there on Supreme Scapes Invoice "Activity Screen" but prints a blank page! Needs to be corrected.

I keep NO paper. Everything is filed digitally. I need to be able to save a PDF and not have to go through either printing or email. Most payment services today offer saving PDF.
