Clear the A/R for Invoice when payment received in QuickBooks
When the invoice payment is received in QuickBooks, AUTOMATICALLY MATCH IT TO THE INVOICE SO THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE WILL CLEAR.

Allow Payment through Web BillPay
I pay my bills via my Credit Union's Web BillPay system. That system was not able to locate you electronically and they sent you a check. This seems to cause you a LOT of problems. (OMG! A paper check! How do we handle this?!!) I additionally dislike your emailed invoices being DUE UPON RECEIPT. I just had to pay my bill using a credit card, and I would prefer not to do that.

Your gateway accepts AmEx, but the merchant does not... I understand you don't control that, but there needs to be a better message than the generic error message once we've entered the card information...

Save paper-make email payment confirmations smaller
Email payment confirmations take up 2 pages now--with lots of useless blank space/white space. Make it so they fit on one page--many of us print these for our files and the current layout of the form is a waste. Thanks for considering
