  1. Do not clear fields when switching between debit and credit

    Sometimes I forget to click credit first and when I do, it clears out the entry fields. So then i have to reenter the data. Alternatively, force the user to choose the payment method first, and then show the fields.

  3. Correct Autopay Error

    There is an error regarding setting up autopay. I have been paying $63 for quarterly service (3 months). When I was prompted to setup autopay, I decided to go ahead, but then the invoice said I would be agreeing to autopay $63 every single month. I refused to agree to those terms and did not continue the setup. It should either clearly state that the autpay of $63 occurs every 3 months or I would agree to pay the correct monthly payment of $21.

  4. display the date of payment in addition to the other information listed on the screen after confirmation of payment.

    display the date of payment in addition to the other information listed on the screen after confirmation of payment. The screen displays the amount paid, who its paid to the payment mehod, auth ID due date, invoice amount and total. a screen shot of the info with the date paid is easier on a mobile phone than downloading the receipt or invoice.

  7. Merge the Bill and Receipt into 1 pdf after payment for us to save/print for our records

    Save us time by merging the receipt after payment to the Bill for us to save as one document so we don't have to download or save both as separate documents...

  17. Accept New Routing Number (Fix Glitch in QuickBooks)

    My bank was bought a year ago by another bank. For this entire year the QuickBooks form rejects my new (accurate) routing number. I use the old one. My "new" bank has been bought by another bank (yep--3 banks, in two years). This means I will get a new routing number in October. What is QuickBooks doing to fix this situation? PLEASE???

  20. Higher Limit on Wire transactions

    The reason I use Wire/ACH is for large transactions. I don't quite know where you came up with the $49.999 limit but customers can request more and you just have to break it into multiple payments which really serves no purpose.
