Better download receipt
The download receipt would be better if it is the original invoice with a paid stamp and the updated balance. I realize clicking the invoice again shows it this way but it would be nice to have that option immediately after paying the invoice.

allow storing of credit card without having to have a quickbooks account.
I don't want an intuit account. I should be able to sign up for paperless billing with the provider, not intuit.

View my total balance
I want to be able to view how much i have remaining to pay off on the account. I would also like the option to pay the whole thing.

Show "payment method" and "authorization id" on downloaded pdf payment receipts
After making a payment there is the option to download a receipt. On the downloaded receipt:
Expected result:
"Payment method" would contain the payment method used to pay the bill
"Authorization ID" would have the Authorization ID for the payment transactionActual Result:
"Payment method" is blank
"Authorization ID" shows "UNDEFINED"Please fix so that actual result is expected result.

Allow me to log in using my Bank of America credentials
When presented with an invoice, it would be nice to be able to log into BofA from Quickbooks, select the appropriate account, and click PAY. That way I don’t have to fill out the form and potentially make a mistake entering in routing or account numbers.

Allow the user to change the amount to be paid!
Your clients ask us to pay your 2.99% processing fee so they can receive the full intended payment.
It's annoying that there is no way to include this with a checkbox, or to edit the total payment amount.
Other people have asked for this repeatedly but you don't seem to care about adding this feature. Why ask people to make suggestions if you don't implement the feature requests.1 vote -
