Make invoice for the amount u owe plus when u go to pay it still needs to be the same amount not less then have u owing late fees
The website does not let u pay late fees I had to type in 88.00 then it said I have a 30.00 credit 🤦🏽♀️This why it’s behind two lates fees because it will not make u pay the late fees mines said 87.75 when I went to pay it say 57.00 please check on this and pick up my trash this week

Paper billing for easier record keeping
Send paper invoices along with the email as where are business is it’s very rural and internet is extremely unreliable so it’s safer to get paper statements and the emails not only for on time payment but for easier record keeping of payments as we are a nonprofit and not all board members have a business printer to print receipt or the invoice. Just an idea!

I have two payment accounts. I clicked through payment of an invoice - but it was the wrong account. I need to reverse the payment, and put it through the other account instead. Please help?

Not have it take 20 attempts!!
I had to try 3 different credit cards, 2 different computers, 2 different Browsers (Chrome and Safari) on each computer, and had to delete all of my cookies in Chrome before this **** payment went through!! I don't know why this is so hard. Finally worked on like the 20th attempt once I cleared all the cookies in Chrome and tried the 2nd credit card (first one I tried again didn't go through, even though it has enough money on it). Please make this process simpler!

Card nickname on invoice
Allow a user defined credit card nickname, along with the last 4 digits. This is common nowadays.

Allow option to pay a different amount than the full invoice
We have a $300 credit with our supplier and would like to subtract that from the amount paid.

Provide the banking info once and then autopay set up - if I provide my banking info once I can simply do a one-click payment as opposed to getting my check book out each time.

Stop charging 3% more for Echecks from our bank.
We used to pay by bank electronically. Since your announcement that we will be charged another 3% for doing this we will now send paper checks via snail mail.
What used to be smooth and easy and automatic will now become cumbersome and complicated and work intensive.
