Why do I have to pay with my checking account? I use my cr cd for all transactions. As asked, I gave you my acct# when setting up the job.
I want my PAID complete invoice in one sheet of paper. I have the total with due amount but I NEED a receipt showing the complete marked job PAID in full. As it is, I have different different pieces of paper. For this much $$ I deserve a full paid receipt.

Send receipt to payer not to point of contact on file
Payment receipt should be sent to payer's email not just to point of contact email.

Providing a receipt
I get my yard done every two weeks and I forget if I have paid because the weeks roll by so quickly. Also right after the service is complete leave a bill on the door or immediately send an electronic bill.

Electronic Triggers often fail and we've been poisoned by these fairytales. Include Physical Trigger options as Internal Control Fail-safes
Like Banks send physical checks in some "bill pay" circumstances, enable sending a physical invoices as an option for selected customers. Humans get overwhelmed by electronic "Triggers" and "miss" them. Even "Tech-savy" people often want a physical trigger as a fail-safe for missing the electronic one regardless of whether they satisfy a task with electronic means or not. Ignoring the "missed trigger" and blaming the "other guy" doesn't get the money in the bank.

Have a place to send an email confirmation to someone to show the invoice has been paid.
Be able to share that your invoice has been paid with additional email space.

Can we access our QB invoices via our accounts rather than just be emailed them
access to all our previous Intuit invoices in one place and ability to download / print them if needed for accountancy records.

Your system is WRONG!!!
When I pay an invoice that has an account balance showing payments in advance, your system says I should pay the overall amount ($100) and not the to pay amount of say $20.00. Please FIX your problem or hire a different accountant!
