Don’t include contributions on total. Let payer add contributions.
Added items such as political contributions or donations should be an option on payment totals not mandatory in payment totals.

Developers Need To Update This Dated App
Current payment method is extremely Dated. Venmo, Zelle even PayPal or much more efficient and far less time consuming. Additionally, it's horribly inconvenient and Time consuming having to enter every single detail for EACH PAYMENT! Then, to SAVE info for faster checkout, as suggested by app, you are rerouted to another place that has ALWAYS turned out to be far more daunting and time consuming than my patience allows. Mobile Phone Issues
I could not pay my invoice balance with any method using my mobile phone. I had to sign onto my desktop to pay this - I am not sure if there are existing issues with the mobile phone form but can someone please check this out?

When invoicing please include the date of service. Required for checking for duplicate billing.
Your most recent invoice include a list of the services provided with amounts but did not include dates of service. I had a prior invoice for a very similar list of services and amounts. I could not check to ensure I had not been billed twice for the same service.

should allow for entering a memo
I can see that many people have put in to have a memo line. Looks like this suggestion has been ignored. I would have voted for one of the other similar suggestions but I do not want to get unnecessary email from quickbooks and don't know why this is a requirement to vote. I can provide an email but I don't want to agree to anything and don't want unnecessary mail. Attorneys are the bane of everyone to require this rubbish

Website Payment Links do not work. There is no "Pay Now" or "Invoice" on the page.
Simply fix the site so it actually works. Change directions or add links. 3 different browsers did not help. Only way able to pay was by viewing invoice and think was supposed to be for QuickBooks but seemed to work for me.
