allow a chance to check what was entered before processing
I paid the invoice, but did not notice that though I was entering a credit card, there was a toggle preset to debit card. It was a one click process so I did not get a chance to correct this. allowing a check step would lower mistakes.

State on invoice that installation passed final inspection
The installation crew did a great job. The contract states that payment is due once installation passes final inspection. We assumed that final inspection is performed by either Highland City or Rocky Mtn. Power. We were expecting to see someone inspecting. It would have been helpful if the invoice stated that installation was complete and passed final inspection.

There was NO chance to check out with paying half the invoice.
First; make it clear what company the invoice is from, then when writhing The First time... don't say you haven't paid this yet...
Next : The instuctions said I could pay half remaining. that is alllllll I should be paying until job is done.
